VICE CHIEF JUSTICE FOR NON-JUDICIAL MATTERS ATTENDS 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF INDONESIAN PROSECUTORS ASSOCIATION
Jakarta – Public Relations: Representing the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Vice Chief Justice for Non-Judicial Matters, Dr. Dwiarso, S.H., M.H., attended an international workshop held to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Indonesian Prosecutors Association (Persaja) on Tuesday (5/5) in Jakarta.
The workshop, themed “Legal Aspects of Managing the JCI Systemic Crisis and Its Implications for National Economic Stability,” was officially opened by Attorney General ST Burhanuddin and Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto. Also present was Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes and Chairperson of Persaja, Prof. Dr. Asep Nana Mulyana, S.H., M.Hum.
The speakers attending the event included Acting President Director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Jeffrey Hendrik, Senior ASEAN Economist at OCBC Bank Lavanya Venkateswaran, Financial Services Authority (OJK) Commissioner Hasan Fawzi, and Coordinator of the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) Boyamin Saiman.
The presence of Supreme Court leaders at the event reflected the synergy among law enforcement institutions in strengthening substantive justice for the Indonesian people.
Previously, IKAHI (Indonesian Judges Association) and Persaja signed a Memorandum of Understanding in April to strengthen synergy in information exchange and joint training programs. (sk/ds/Photo: sno,end/Translation: azh)
